These terms govern your use of Alcy, operated by Alcy AI at shopalcy.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

What Alcy does
Alcy uses AI and public web research to help you discover and compare apparel listings. It is an evolving research service and may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable.
Research is not a guarantee
AI-generated findings can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Product identity, requested-size availability, price, shipping, seller confidence, and uncertainty are separate assessments. Images alone do not establish authenticity, stock, or seller legitimacy.
Before buying, confirm the exact item, size, condition, total price, shipping, returns, and seller details directly with the retailer. Alcy does not guarantee an exact match, the lowest price, availability, delivery, or authenticity.
Retailers and purchases
Alcy AI is not a seller or party to any purchase made through links we provide and does not process purchases through this research interface. Purchases are between you and the retailer under that retailer’s terms. The retailer handles payment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, and purchase disputes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alcy AI is not responsible for the retailer’s products, fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, or other acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Links to other websites do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
Using the service responsibly
Submit only information you have the right to share and public product URLs. Do not send passwords, payment information, or private account links. Do not misuse the service, distribute malicious content, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with others, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service or respond to misuse.
Your inputs and site content
You retain whatever rights you have in information you submit. You allow Alcy AI and its service providers to process that information to provide, operate, improve, and protect the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Alcy owns the research results, rankings, assessments, and compilations it creates. Alcy may use them to create and display anonymous public examples. Those examples may include public product and retailer information, recommendation reasons, and links Alcy de-prioritized, but will not identify your account or expose your conversation, freeform messages, private identifiers, or originally submitted product URL.
Alcy branding, original site design, and original content belong to Alcy AI or their licensors. Retailer names, images, and product descriptions belong to their respective owners. These terms do not give you ownership of third-party material.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Alcy AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on research findings.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any mandatory protections under the laws that apply to you remain in effect.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post changes here, update the date above, and provide notice of material changes as appropriate. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the service. For questions or concerns, contact hello@shopalcy.com.
